They can be good pf.
First of all now train their Id up to 13-14 and then is to 14 and then js to 12 and dr to 10-11 and then sb to 9 and reb to 11.
Rest looks good

Wow! Thats a nice analysis!

Yes, I should go SF which implies OD & JR to start with since they take long time to train.

Thank you for the input, I now have a more defined plan for him.

and yes once i posted the last post and logged out i reflected that i had written a bit low driving for him.it would be nice to have his driving trained to about 13.

With first outside skills are done and as he will be 21,you had only 2-3 left with him so train his inside skills as -
id to 15
is to 14
reb to 12
sb to 11
and with this 2nd will be at
id - 16 or 17
is - 17 or 18
reb - at 12 train more if you want
sb - 9,train more
and after that train some od and dr and js for 1 or 2 pops all.

buddy he needs a lot of OD(atleast 14 regardless of the fact whether u want him to be a SG,PG or a SF).aprt from this he need to be trained in passing as well.average is a bit too low for any parameter player.i would love some more driving too.
so the next season training plan should be-
OD to atleast tremendous followed by passing to proficient(atleast).then u can train him in driving to about sensational and then JS needs to be pumped up to atleast sensational.then u can work on his inside skills starting with ID to atleast sensational and then reb to about prolific and then u will have a player which i have posted a few posts back.

i would train the first one into an PF because your second trainee is a lot better for potential and as he is a C you will be training inside skills but both are nice trainees

Looking to make him into a great PG who has some offensive skills. I am going to train passing to prominent, then what should I train next? I'm hopeful he will make either U21 or NT team.

How many times did you have to train OD three weeks for a pop? Or did he pop every two weeks regularly?

Last week i trained Driving so the elastic effect can take place the following week, this week i'm single position training Passing for pg. I want this player to be my starter as soon as possible. And i want him to be a pass first point guard, and the best passer on my team.

I'm planning on training Driving a lot this year. I wish his Outside def was at least mediocre so i can train that, but he'll probably never be a good Outside defender. He'll be a great offensive player, except for his Jump range unfortunately. I may train OD and JR a little bit this year.

But really, i don't want his Jump shot or his Jump range to be higher than his passing. The only offensive skill that i want higher than passing is his Driving, but yet and still, i want both his passing and driving to have similar skills. Also i want his handiling up to proficient or 1 or 2 skills better this season, i don't want this player to turn the ball over more than 1 or 2 times a game. Last year i couldn't decide whether i wanted to train bigs or guards, but now i know who i want to train and will take people's advice now, and stick with guards for the next 3 seasons; what do you think of this player?
