He needs work on his defense. OD if you want him to be a guard and OD & ID for a SF.

Thanks a load!! I will do that, im gonna train him and my other trainees untill 23-25 and then just buy old around them.. i enjoy training but want to advance as well... :-) thanks for your reply!

Depends on the offense you run, I like it about 3 levels below JS.
