If someone buys Hongs, he is very close to NT -- please train inside skills for half a season or so!

Given that you've been AWOL pretty much all through your first season (I know, you've been busy at work) and have precisely zero chance of re-election, do you really think you still have a remit to give out advice?

My take, is that Hongs needs one and one forwards training and more offense - he's an NT SG in the making. But I'd be far more interested in what Eminence thinks as he is highly likely to be the NT manager Hongs plays for.

i havent got my stats with me but im pretty sure hongs is one of the first batch of trainees i started to track many seasons ago and he started out with some awesome skills. Pretty sure he was looking like an SG early on but unfortunately i missed his current skills when he was just listed.

Mzungu there is a definite common thread that you want to see better inside skills on NT SGs in future. Im aware of the targets you have set for me and my player. Id be very interested in learning what some other manager's views are of targets for inside skills as this season i will have to decide exactly how many inside skills i add to my own guards.
It wont be an easy decision because for every skill point i add now im concerned it will be at the expense of a skill point or two down the line in his outside skills when his training speed slows down a load.
Training players this age and older is new territory for me and i dont want a couple of botched guards at the end of it!
This will have to be my honeymoon homework ;)

18 Year Old

If you've ever dreamed of training a great one dimensional U21 big man here is your chance! Will train extremely quick at his height, and has the perfect potential for an U21 star.

Hey guys, just want let you know that a new potential NT player has just went up on the TL.

Louis Martin: (16738810)

He's a good HOF big man, who could be a nice asset for the NT if training continues. On sale for 1 mil.

Yeah, I don't really think he's going to sell for that price either. Perhaps the manager will lower it when bidding ends.
