Introducing the new Enthusiasm system, for when numbers are just too confusing!

My guess is that this is designed to help brand spanking new players understand the benefits or costs of TIE, Norm, and CT at a quick glance. Makes sense. Might increase the retention rate for new players, by preventing them from getting frustrated when they wonder why their team performs worse even though they CT every game.

It's more about the fact everything else in BB is measured by a word, rather than a numerical value...so its just moving the enthusiasm system to be consisentent with that.

i thought maybe it was for the new players at first too. but then i noticed that there are 3 tactics complexity, & enthusiasm is only shown under "AllStar" (the most complex option)

Rookie -- Veteran -- AllStar

I notice the words go way above 12 spots. Is this an indication that max enthusiasm is getting raised soon?

the words only go to 15? you're looking at the list where 5=ready, right?

by why wait til the middle of season 20 to do it???
i'm still not a fan of the change. but if you're confirming it's *not* due to newer players... i guess that's less bad.

Good question....but these types of "feature updates" have been midseason before...so it's not all that new for BB.

I see. I figured since they made words for the 13-15 range they might have up'd the max. Otherwise i would have just done it with the same word for all 3 of those since you can never play at that level. I suppose its nice to know you hit 14 enthusiasm before the nightly update, by why bother. You'll know you're around max for the next game regardless.
