I'm wondering how much longer I can train this guy for without it being necessary to move on...I plan on training him in JS for the rest of the season (how high do you think that'll put JS on him?) and then next season return to single position training in handling, passing, and OD. Can somebody please tell me what they expect his skills to be like at the end? Also, the season after that, he'll be 22....Should I move on to training different players or is he still young enough to get something out of?

Well you can train him to whatever age you want. Usually those good players are the ones that still get trained even when their 24 and 25

I would not bother training him he will Cap after 2 seasons of training, which means he will never be a great player.

Not my best trainee, thankfully. Two huge holes at jump shot and rebounding, but his other skills seem passably developed. I paid $12k for this kid, so I don't think I'm doing too bad with him as my third prospect. Or am I just deluding myself, haha?
Oh, I intend for him to be a guard, by the way.

This is my best trainee. I know I have a lot of work on his handling and driving, but he could be a nice SG with good inside skills eventually...
(with 1 position training as a PG in some scimmages this might work...)

Can I get his Driving up to respectable and his HND up to average by the end of this season?
