neue Meldung :

Training has been restarted and will be recalculated for all countries. Because of the technical issues, we had to reschedule the update in order of country ID's and not the usual order. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the delay.

Bevor das Training nicht durch ist, kann man auch noch das Training aendern.
Ich wuerde also mal davon ausgehen, dass das trainiert wird, was du in ner viertelstunde da stehen hast...

Und ich bin ein klein wenig begeistert, dass mein Neuer zwar nicht Manuel heisst, dafuer aber Oskar und trotz 94 Minuten (dank altem Verein) nicht in der Form gefallen ist.

Scheinbar hat sich mein Verletzter SG geopfert und ist direkt auf ne 5 gefallen :-|

Mein dieswöchentlicher Haupttrainee mit Ups in Zonenwurf, Innenverteidigung und Blocken, da hat sich das warten doch gelohnt !!

Bei mir:
1x kein Up
1x SW-Up
1x SW-Up + ZW-Up

Ich hab seit einiger Zeit mal notiert, wer wann welche Ups kassiert. Das schwankt aktuell zwischen 0,51 und 0,7 Ups pro Woche, je nach Trainee...
