I don't have rankings for 18 year olds, mainly because there's way too many of them for me to find and rank, and also because that's colesy's job as U-21 manager ;-)

But he's coming along real well, I'm sure he's in the top 3 or 5 at his position and age.

I think this should work:

http://bb-usa.netsons.org/login.php

Note you need to set your "access key" which can be found in BB under "Preferences", then "Create/Change Access Key"

A couple of pops in passing and he's a solid 18yr old! Then take turns at Passing, Pressure and Outside shooting training (if you are doing 1 position training or One on One, Pressure and Passing training (If you are doing 2 position training)

I'm a little jealous, he's better than both 18 year olds I'm training ;-)

Seriously though, he looks good. I'd do a few weeks of JS, then Passing (don't know if you want him to be a PG or SG). I like the OD, I'd do that 3rd. Then maybe a couple weeks of 1-on-1, I'd worry about that and JR the least at this point. Keep up the good work!

Not exactly sure what you're looking for. If you want rankings of all your players based on like your country or something, that doesn't exist. There are rankings based on salary, but that's it. It won't show skill ratings or anything.

Thanks for the advice guys. I'm leaning towards making him an SG. How good should he be at passing in that case?

Not quite as important then, I would focus more on JS and OD if you want a good SG. But eventually (long-term) he should be in the proficient or higher range.
