Not that I know of, but with cross training it is theoretically possible.

Ah... I remember seeing that before, just couldn't remember it when I posted. Just out of curiousity, were you training jump shot when he popped? Because my player got a handling pop from outside defense training, so I'm thinking it's a cross training thing.

My old guys that popped were definitely a result of cross training.
What's weird is that this 46 year old was my first ever cross training pop. A season or 2 after it was introduced..

By the way, he recently got dominated by a lucky fan...
Lucky fan shot 3-4 including a closely guarded 3 on him in the first quarter. (lucky fan led his team in scoring for the game too). And lucky fan held my player to 3-26 shooting including blocking a couple shots & 3 steals! lucky fan even won the points per 100 shots!!

A lucky fan playing at center had 15 rebounds(!) & 5 blocks(!!) vs. 2 of my older players that same game. & held my centers to 5-29 shooting, lol...

a few highlights from that game:

lucky fan steals the ball... then makes a 3 point shot in my guy's face!

30 seconds later...
lucky fan goes up for a closely guarded inside shot.. & scores again. after the other lucky fan got another rebound:

1 minute later...
lucky fan blocks one of my guys for the 2nd time in the quarter & rebounds it. his 6th of the quarter:

all that in less than 2 minutes!! Anyone who says lucky fans are the absolute worst possible players might want to reconsider.
