4 of the 5 players in the AirBallers lineup sell for about a total of $2M. Prices are crazy right now...

I passed on a guard with Legendary OD who cleared @ $1M. Two of those give you close to a prolific OD rating in good game shape. That's only 4-5 weeks of tanking to get a backcourt of them...

Yea I sold 4 starters in the beginning of the season also for barely 2m, then spent it all on Johnson leaving myself no $ to find adequate replacements or any bench players at all. Eventually bought 3 decent players so I could at least field a starting 5, and now they sold for less than 2m. So yea prices are really really low right now. I don't have a ton of $ right now but seems like if I have 5m by the end of the season, that would be a fortune in this market.

Shouldve done this right away after buying Johnson, but I decided I would at least make an attempt to stay to help NT. But I'll be able to hold on to AJ in D2 no problem I think

I bottomed out at about $420k per game last year. You have 7 more games this season, so figure about $3M in revenue. If you slash staff, that drops you to only ~$6k per week and combine that with the min salary vs. tv revenue net of ~$45k for a total of $50k. Even at the bottom, my merch was $45K, so with AJ you may net a little bit there. $3M should be a nice return on the rest of the season.

Well I wanted a slightly different type of SF and at the time I first listed him, they were on the market. The ones I liked went for about 4 mil so I figured I'd list mine around there and if he sold, great cuz then I could grab one that more fit the way I wanted to mold my team. But now the problem is, I'm not loving what I'm seeing on the market and I might not see someone I like for who knows how long.
