If everyone would be a little more patient and just wait until the final link under PLAYERS shows us the draft is ready to be reordered, there would probably not be so many questions, doubts and possibly wrong answers.
Although I saw links on the forums for the past week now, I refused to look at them, and now am happy I did.
as for investment in scouts.
When you finish at the bottom it is more important to put more money in scouting to be able to get good drafts to improve your team, yet again, if you are tailing your competition you probably have low revenue and less money, so in order to not make too many expenses you should not spend too much... contradiction.
Same goes for higher listed teams, but the other way around, you probably have more money you can spend on scouting, but have less chance to be able to benefit from it...
