last game showed what I feared. There is so much diffrence between my players, and a new trainee, that the trainee doesn't get a single minute of play (maybe he does when we can lead, but then again, in the BBBL it's not so easy to lead a game).

I'm in doubt now. what should I do? put him as back-up again for the cup, and hope he will get his needed last minute there? Or play him as starter to make sure?
Any advise is welcome.

As I predicted it realy is tough combining BBBL play and getting a youth the 100% training... especially when he played 47 minutes in a game and fails to hit the floor the next game. pfff

I had half hoped he would play several games for 48 minutes, so I could try to win the second game of the league and try to stay in the BBBL. Too bad the second games in the week are almost all away games...
As it is looking now, I'm almost sure I will degradate. Not so sure if that would be bad though, in the end the only thing that matters is my new star.

Sum.... do you agree that the score was a bit exaggerated.
How is it possible the Dragons had so much less rebounds ?
My top player even took no rebound at all. I don't pay him for that.
I don't complain about the defeat, but given the stats this is still excessive...don't you think.

And otherwise I must give my players 'schoolboy-punishment' !

Look at my game against vottem in the playoffs this year and you will see that the difference in the notes is higher than in your game, that i had the HCA and a better enthousiasm moreover.... but he nevertheless won... so there are strange things happening in this game recently indeed.... and i don't enjoy the game in those conditions for sure.... the game engine has perhaps be modify recently...and it makes it very strange sometimes... :(

But why are they(my players) always shooting from the outside when I'm playing on the inside ?

yep.

and appart from visible stats and rankings, there are also stats, rankings and skills for players that only the manager can see, or even can not see, that add to the team's performance overall, or for each player individually.
Learning to find out about which things help, will also help with understanding what happens, or could have happened...

I'm sure that if you put up 10 players, and would ask me which I'd pick for a particualr game and tactic, I'd probably pick an other one then 7 out of 10 people who don't have as much insight and just go for the one that 'looks' the best player.
I'm sure Joe as at the same level as I am there, with some details that might change in our oppinions, but the bigs lines will be agreed on by both of us.

And Joe, no I will not put Sammy in third place, it's too risky. If my opponent crunches, he won't get playing time. 1 minute isn't much, but I made a commitment to myself he REALY is going for 100%, so actually I only have 1 option, just put him as starting player...

Hopefully the comming weeks will be easier

Huvor ... or ppmmp (huh?), yes I think that the score is a little bit forced, especially when you see that I didn't had the best team possible on the field (ivavicius will play 48 min as PG in cup for the training).
But the HCA is so important (toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo important) and your outside attack is weaker than mine. So I think that my win is logical but with 10-15 points max ^^
