You're comparing two different offenses and two different players. LA's going to be a lot less concerned with chasing Mike Miller, who is option 4 in Miami, as opposed to Ray Allen, whom Boston ran a ton of set plays for. Miller isn't fast enough to waste time setting screens for him.
You watch, he'll just camp out in the corners and when the opposing defenses collapse on LeBron or Wade, presto, there sits Mikey in the corner all alone. He'll shoot more threes than twos this year I bet.
I see what you're saying about running set plays for Miller. It could happen with all the focus on Miami Thrice.
