It's easier to train inside players, this is not much of a surprise.

We can prob play a center at PF if that center has some outside shooting ability. In base offense, the PF might put up a couple three's on average from my experience.

I've found PFs as well (unless the BP on them is off), so we really aren't hurting for inside positions. This is likely due to your point about ease of training.

But there must be a decent PG somewhere, since I found a highly skilled SF, and SF is the hardest position of all to train...

I have a PG or two that if trained properly could be there within a season, but they aren't quite yet there.

I have a PG that is respectable in handling/passing, Mediocre in jump shot and average in jump range. Atrocious outside defense though

Exactly what sort of skill set would a player need to get them "there"?

Allen and Hayward are better than anyone on my team, but what do we suppose are the requirements of a NT PG?

Hayward is a player that is stifled by one deficient skill, which sits at atrocious. If that one came up a level or two, he'd be fantastic. For a NT PG, I'd say we need:

Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: respectable

and decent skills after that are a plus.

So, a 19 year old looking something like

Jump Shot: inept Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: average Handling: respectable
Driving: strong Passing: average
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: respectable

has potential?

I know I'm in a lower division, but I have two players that should be considered. They are:

C - (764861) He is a perfect fit, as a big man who can play inside or out. Puts up numbers and brings a verteran presence!

SG - (764862) Would be a great bench player for the team. Can really fill it up when he gets roling. Also rebounds and passes well. A nice player to have on the bench when you need scoring at the national level.

Thanks.

Perhaps, but he'd need a couple seasons training mostly just him. Problem is, in a couple seasons, he would need to be much better than whichever player gets the spot now. Also, we shouldn't forget about experience.

Is there going to be a wage discount for NT players? If there isn't, it just doesn't make much sense to develop the type of players the NT needs to dominate.

yeah there had better be wage breaks or else NT players are not worth the effort. Obviously right now the wages aren't deadly, but that could change very quickly.
