Also like to point out that its not just selling the players. Simply transfer listing them (they don't have to be sold) is enough to cause that rating to go down as fans are afraid their star will be sold.

Lets face it, no fan would want to risk buying merchandise of a player that is no longer going to be part of the team next week!

i hear what you are saying, but any real fan of my team would see the true stars of my team have been on the roster since season 10 and they can buy their jerseys and get their kids to wear them

i have a habit of selling off crap underperforming players a lot

and every time my team sells off a kwame brown and brings in a pau gasol they should be happy (unless they are watching the dallas series :) )

i think if half my team changes each season that isnt so diferent from a lot of real pro basketball teams, just that theirs happens at two main times

perhaps there should be more incentive to make team changes in the offseason? what about lower tax during the offseason?

How can teams STILL IN THE CUP be rated on cup performance. Like I got 4 balls right now... .I am still in the cup. I mean how do you evaluate someone's tourney run on any scale i they are still in the tourney... remains to be seen right?

i think that is easy ;) When my local sports team, make it through the first round in the cup, you ain't euphoric about it, but when they don't make it the newspaper will print storys "about the loosers", and the fans would be dissappointed. If it comes to the last rounds and the club is still in, you feel the excitement about the game and fans getting proud of their team.

So everyone still in the tourney has the same rating?

no, if you are a div 6 team the rating would be higher then a div 1 team at the same stage, because obviously the expectations are higher when you are div 1 while a div 6 teams is quite happy to make to make it to stage 2 ;)

Upping the topic about the last evaluation ("The team manager is working hard to improve the team")

It looks like this one evolutes to ponderate everything.
Generally when I have good evaluations elsewhere, this one is low, and the contrary is also true.

Anyway, I really wonder if this one couldn't be improved because it is always hard to have only one ball and a half whereas you are really doing your best, winning matches for such a result.

Today after winning thursday and yesterday, whereas I am third in my conf, that last season, I finished second of my conf and division, whereas I sold no one since a long time and that several of my players are well trained, especially a national one, whereas I only lost the TV match for 4 points :

i think you shouldn't be punished, for an opponent who played bad. You do the stuff which was necessary to get a sure win, why risk your stars there.
