Yeah, the salary update didn't hurt as bad as I thought it was going to. Makes me tempted to go crazy with salary boosting training this season.

I'm on the same boat. (everybody look at me!) I don't really have a training program set up, but looking at the age of my players, that isn't hard to guess. I don't know if I want to make another run @ losing in game 3 of the finals before blowing up a team I can't afford, or do it now. If I make another run, I can one position train 27 year olds to boost salary.... either way, the horizon is not bright for TF.

Yeah, normally it seems like BB tries to be nice to the newer teams and has them be rivals with each other. They will be suffering when the promotion bonus fades away.

Eh, your conference got a lot easier. You essentially replaced Walker Wiggles and LA Athletics with two teams fresh out of D3.

I'm aware. Looking forward to it.. however if you look at my track record vs MAC SD and IP I need to make sure to beat up on the new blood.

I ended up with a net 5k salary change. Managable, still need to make changes..

Mine went down nearly 15k. And a guy I trained every single week last season went up only $97 in salary.

And the TV money went up by $5k! Check the PSF.

That's standard for your training program.

Yes, training with an eye constantly on next season's salary.

Yes, training with an eye constantly on next season's salary.

Or mediocre training. We know you strive to underachieve in everything
