Attendance isn't something I worry about too much. I just try and get the as much profit as I can from it. Don't make it something that you focus on too much. We all now whats more important and can only control what we know. In other words, focus on what your team really needs. You are currently losing $906. Negitive profit is 99% of the time not good. Unless you believe that you can make it to the ABBL next season, then here is my advice.
Seeing that this is going to be a tougher league this season, try and get 11 wins asap (by asw if possible). Then sell you players (except for trainees) and save some cash. Even if that means getting rid of you favs like Xie. I know it will hurt, however I believe its for the best. I will explain my situation later.
Next season, tank, and keep you focus on training the trainees. Just make sure that you are capable of making RL. Then, you build your team up, just like you would to make a run the following season. Win your RL and look forwards towards having a great following season.
Truth is, this may all sound boring to you as you (from what I've read in the past), are very competitve. I am also very competitve, so what I am doing stm hurts big time.
What I have learnt about this game is, acept the crowd numbers as long as you are doing your best to get the best results. Dont belive anyone has figured out the formula yet in terms of getting the best result, but I have not been looking through BB Global forum for a while.
This game can be very, very harsh as times, (especially for people who are competitve in nature). Attendence is one thing, but results are another. I lost 5 matches in my second stint in the ABBL in OT. Those matches did not help my situation no matter the reason why. I lost in OT, 2OT and tripple OT. The in RL, I lost by 2 pts. Thats when I decided to drop down and rebuild. My competitive nature did not let me rebuild the way I hoped would work. So I suffered for that and am still doing so. Even though this game can be very boring doing what I'm doing, I still have interest in this game cause I have some goals I would like to acheive.
I was soo competitve, that I at one stage was almost $1M in the red. So I basically did what I needed to do when I first dropped down, and now I'm looking forward towards the future and becoming very competitve once again, but this time without over doing it.
However, if would like to discuss things, BB mail me.
Then again, you may be planning on something else, and you may even end up as II.1 champions. As I don't know much about your players, or how much you have saved up, or anything else about your team, you may just be doing really well.
I just thought I should explain what I went through as someone who is competitve and taking things to far. As I said, never a good thing making negative profit unless you believe you can make it to the ABBL.
Sorry if some of this doesn't make much sence, also not exactly sure what else I wanted to say. I'm in a bit of a rush to go out and hopefully see the reds beat manu. So BB mail me if you need to, and I can explain better, hopefully :)
