Fluff, deserved final. I cannot complain anything. My team was in a great shape and did the best... not enough.
I think you played Inside Shot?
If so, I am telling you that today I thought about it, but I decided not to take the chance to play Def 2-3.

Well done!

No worries on that Fluff - I had my best chance last season but Los Miqs were in the way - think the Ellsworth /Gascoigne match up will be a good one but its the HCA which is the key factor and you got it! should be a good series though and whoever goes through deserves it and should give the EBBL a good run for its money!

With London Sonics having gone bot there will be 5 teams relegated from the BBL, if all the top seeds win their respective divisions, would that mean that Vitamin Power from II.2 would be the 5th promotee with the next best record as they have an identical record to Fusio, but a slightly better points difference?

Or would Fusio's Division Championship trump that? I guess not...

yes that was a good show on my home court but i can tell you are disappointed. i think buying vigo has tipped the balance somewhat on the inside. he's played a few good games now with some high shot %ages.
youve also had some overtime games which works in my favour, though im impressed youve kept there gameshape :)

undoubtedly run and gun is a good choice for your talented guards but im personally not a big fan of it. You may have done better with a motion... which i prefer a lot more as an outside offense... as it is not as fast paced.

i noticed one of your guys got into foul trouble, ill need to look at that but im glad it was not one of my players!

youve got a big game coming up on your court im sure you can come up with something, you are a great manager who makes the most of what he has. an inside player or two would make your team a complete (EBL) outfit i reckon...

please dont lose heart :)

cheers Fluff - not a case of losing heart but when you are in it to win it its tough sometimes! I need to reshuffle my inside players so hopefully will get a reasonable draft that I can sell on to bring in some pesos. Well done to you tonight though as you have set your team up well for the transition to the EBBL - my stadium is still on the small side which makes increasing my reserves difficult but not impossible like Erkboy said though there may be another berth available in the EBBL so may have a chance through the backdoor although if it is without the $mill then it would be really difficult for me to survive. lets see what happens on my home court!

but congrats on tonight!

I look at the standard of the EBBL now and it doesn't scare me anywhere near as much as it did 3/4 seasons ago.
I think it's very possible to go up and not only survive but push for the playoffs. Look at Los Miks...

The problem is getting there. Teams in Div 2 are improving fast - Wrose just bought a $1m SF, that must push them closer to challenging next year.

Yea erkboy couldn't agree more , I think we are in a tough division though one of probably 5 or 6 teams could do okay in the ebbl but its getting there , fluff bought Vigo but with his salary of $100k+ he would have probably struggledwith salary if he didn't promote! I m going to look at strengthening if possible bit will have to cull some of my veterans!
