It's interesting. There's been quite a bit of buying recently, with some of the second tier teams obtaining players to try and keep up with a few of the top teams... yet they've done so without the Arena to support those salaries. Guys with 6-8k arenas trying to sustain more than $200k salaries - it becomes difficult.
Some have just begun to realise this, and are selling guys off.

Guess they want to go up as quick as possible to become local heroes. Everybody knows nothing works out when it's done in a short term thinking way. BB is like real life, quality means have patience. My team reaches only 90% of the salary floor, but it's still good enough to try to reach 4th place in this league. Okay, can be pretty annoying to stuck down there for some season, guess you know that :o... Anyway, it's like you said, there is only one wise decision: Build up the arena and train players...

Be wise: use that cash you just got to build your arena up.

No not really. There are a lot of ways to go. But I think the best way to go is build your arena and train for fun and profit but others have got there by trading in players which is easy money but takes time and experise.

Good luck it is a massive game for both of you.

Well... I got the win, but damn.
It took me a CT to his TIE, on my home court! Ugh!!! Still, that gives me a 12-0 season thus far, with my most difficult opponent dealt with. At least until the Finals (should I get there!).
I wonder what his team will look like then? I'd LOVE to see what his economics are!!

Doesn't matter. As long as you don't drop a game then you have the bot promotion in the bag. He can beat you by 100+ in the finals and it just wont matter, may even be smart to sell a guy or two that isn't in your long term plans while the prices are high in the last day or two of the season.
