I've exchanged a few PMs with the Lithuania U21 manager (he speaks English). He knows exactly what he is doing. He's sabotaging the U21 in order to gain profit for his own club. According to him, he "didn't brake any rules".

Could somebody from BB gods to tell us what was in the end of story ? As we can see Mig now couch of U21 team. What about Kazlėkas ? Just kicked out and its all ?

Line should be drawn for extreme cases such as the one that had just happened in Lithuania. Obvious U21/NT sabotage should lead to immediate bans.

It's not an exact line but it's good enough. Extreme cases are very obvious. If it doesn't qualify as extreme, then it's just mismanagement.
