Alright, I'm in. Someone ask my questions. It's time to throw aside most 2nd place finishes in history and take the reigns to the program I've helped build into a national power over the last 29 seasons.

@oriolekid your speech read like Hilary Clinton's campaign of "I've been around for a long time doing stuff so it's my turn." lol

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).

I would say that most of your statement seems to ignore the overarching theme of my original statement, and intentionally cherry picks on one particular line. It's an inaccurate representation of my thoughts.

I would suggest however that you re-read the rest of my statement and try to keep implicit biases from coloring any complaints against me

I cherry picked the one line as it pertained to my question:

So I ask YOU other questions now instead of the 1 question I asked EVERyONe.

Why do you dodge the question?
Why do you proclaim to know what I am doing?
What my goal is?
What questions I want to ask?

The point of the debate thread is people ask questions to the candidates that they would like to see/hear answered. It is up to the candidates if they respond or not? Is this true or am I mistaken?

I believe there are other boards for croneyism, making jokes, and pandering... surely the troll comments can be done there or via bB.

So. You can answer debate questions or you can ignore them.

Jk.

If I truly had any bias. I'd just run my damn self.

I want to see a U21/ NT that is unbiased, objective, an the ONLY AGENDA is winning with the best possible players.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Please take your politics game to the student council at your HS, or the numerous clubs and such on your college campus, or to your Hr director Pam at work.

Are you willing to use a forum that is more preferable to the ones currently in place here? the less retraining and rediverting of the masses the better.

In the end what will happen is that if you lose a game, people who asked for another tactic will rant about it, like Oreo (if I remember well) did for the semi final ("I TOLD YOU TO PLAY MOTION"), dividing more and more the community interested by U21 team. In the long term, it is a bad mode of operation.

For roster selection you have also to keep as neutral as possible, so a few staff members is better for the same reason. I know that this selection is a very picky topic as managers which see their player not selected can be really unhappy. Lobbying can't be accepted.

Of course it is a duty to explain to the community your tactic choices with a game preview just before the game, discuss it on the chat if possible, analyse the game result afterwards etc. So you are open to community discussion obviously.

+1 as many times as i possibly can. While i am supporting a country-mate over you in the end, i think that this opinion is very valid despite an inaccuracy (Oreo did not contend that Motion was the right play, he contended that we should have run Man), and shows a more neutral opinion than most can provide about what happens on the u21 level. If you make the right decision, then people lobbying for different strategies or decisions tend to say very little about what they were clamoring for. When you are wrong, those times you were right are gone and you are left with having to listen to the garbage. It's not a USA problem alone even, it's an everywhere problem. Should've have run this, should have played him is the common argument every time something goes wrong. Doesn't mean we have dirty laundry to air, it's probably the same in france, spain, china, canada, brazil, latvia, germany, etc, etc.

Frankly,

And I know this fits "suggestions" more:
But if there was no merchandise bonus for players of teams being on NTs and U21s, and no teams got the benefit/advantage of that over others, I'd never even feel the slightest need to look in u21/by directions for anything at all going on in it.

But as BB is currently built, it does factor in, there are competitive advantages to it, and so you're left with 2 ways to play: ignore trying to gain the advantage, or try and gain the advantage yourself.
