I have two big players, both trained similarly.
I was going to train them for my outside scoring team, but I undrestood that this just doesn't work (I had 3 great scorers including highest salary SG in Buzzerbeater and 2 low-IS big mans and it didn't work). Seems that only LI works. So...
Now what do you guys suggest to get most value out of these guys?
My previous plan was to train their RB-ID-SB-PA. I can still do that, but seems nobody buys those on market.
So is the best option to start training their 1-1 and IS to make most profit from them? or is too late?

How would you guys train this man? I want him to be able to shoot from the perimeter and mid-range.

I dont know if you or anybody else explained it in earlier post, but i got a question what happens when for example you train a skill and then you change to another without having the previous one take a pop up. Do the system keeps that small percentage for the next time you ll train again that skill or it forgets it because you've changed the training?
I hope my question is clear hahaha

To be very clear. Your skill goes up when it is trained even if it doesn't show a pop. Each skill has a sub-level or decimal attached to it that you cannot see. If you train and don't see a pop, the skill went up just not over the new whole number. This sub-level is factored, in performance, DMI, and I believe salary at the season rollover. Training is not something that fills a progress meter and then awards a new level.

I hope that makes sense.
