Very relevant question in topic of nt coaching in buzzerbeater game. C'mon man...

Yes, I live in Poznań, for me it's the best and the nicest city in Poland, I wouldn't like to live anywhere else.

Due to the fact that you were in Poland, and I really like your vision for the NT, I would give you a chance, you have my vote.

If I didn't like your NT vision, I wouldnt vote for you, the fact that you visited Poland is just 1% of my vote

two questions :)

what is Your plan for training young perspective players from 22 to 27 y.o.?

What do You think about our last seasons - from 43, why our NT not win any throphy or medal...? I think we have one of the strongest players but ...

Sztuker this questions is for You to :)

I haven't nothing special for our 22-27 yo players. Our players are so different, that everybody need they own plan and contact with scout and NT-manager for themselves and these managers need to be patient for great results - many of them decide to work hard and they will se effects at 28-29 yo propably, some of managers won't train IS/ID their Guards or OD/PS their PF's and C's.

Every path for potential NT-player is different and it takes time to see great effects like a said earlier. My goal is of course making players the best avaible and making them usable for almost any tactic. Some of them are role players as for example Perkowski or in the future Małyszka can be also a great role player, which aren't the best in everything, but has some skills to make our game easier.

History of our NT from near past is like:

S44 - very tough games at the beginning and so much bad luck to lose against Kozlik and his Lithuania...
S45 - One bad game against Hungary eliminated us from group stage - I think we have bad GS before this game...
S46 - One very bad game against Latvia and then... we all know what Israel do on us again - my bad switching LP to II before the game.
S47 - ? ;)

Maybe all fault is in us - humans, or other NT's made so much progress, that we aren't the same strong team like some seasons ago...

OG.
