Yes, in the past I have has a u21 prospect and the u21 "scouts" say train this or that....great for that player, but NOT for the team!

Hahah exactly! I don't even read the mail anymore I get from managers. If you want to use them ...cool. If not, then don't.

Yeah it was the past and from several countries. I have only had a few players on U21 and I don't think USA. Maybe one. Everyone has always been transparent. It's the demanding where I shut it down in the past.

did not mean to impune current scouts. just my experience in the past (20 seasons ago). However, if I ever got a 5K wage 18 year old with MVP-All Time Great Potential I will give it a go.

Yeah that one was pretty rough after losing an OT game the week before. You had much better team ratings though, so you probably should have won by more...
