Hindi ako marunong magquote dito e,pero ito yung nabasa ko..^_^

The winner of the division finals is crowned champion of the division, and is promoted to a higher level of divisions.

technically the prize money is given to teams who will be promoted and not because they are the champions. the PPL champion do not get any prize money in winning the finals. therefore, promoted teams (who happen to be the champions) get the prize money. =D

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6...tapos wala na...
