The staff fee would be the same every week for the whole season, and it would be much easier for a manager to keep track of how much he's spending.

On ZyZla's 24 week suggestion, this is much too long. Until the end of the season or 12 weeks would be a better time period.


but you have dto do the same math after this period, with the difference that the formula to get the exact selling point is more difficult ;)

i think a nice solution would be to cut the current staff salaries at 2/3 or at half but still with the increasing thing per week because its really hard to keep track of his incresing salaries, find another staff member, go into a bid war without surpassing the overall benefit of his current salary + increase + the bid...

Best post ever!!! so many people are using "reality" argument not "fun" argument.For example I like when team win 187-188 after 7 extra quarter, because it's more exciting when winning with realistic result so I am not buying "reality" argument.
