Who said you have to say you want to promote at all cost. Just say four little words: "I want to promote." That's all, no other gibberish needed. The next post I want to hear from you are these four words only and nothing else.


Currently Im not convinced that I want to and or if it is achievable, but if I do make up my mind to include this in my list of "intentions" I will, to make you happy, post those 4 little words

Well I will be bringing it on and will start an extremely strong starting line up in the hope that I can minimise the minutes of my best players.

How ever I actually play Tannum Tantrums on Thursday and not yourself .

No disrespect intended but Im actually hoping to avoid playing you and or Aussie until the final and preferably not even in the final

Okay because of my desire to provide my trainees the best environment (and past financial war wounds inflicted by Akuma), my intention now assuming Aussie doesnt forget to set a line up for next Thursdays cup game, is to spend next season in Div II.3.

I will be away most of the next 5 days and have set my teams for the next 2 league games as follows

Vs From Way Down Town
PG; Cranshaw, Lie
SG; Riviera, Aitkins
SF; Ott, Palmeri
PF; Dunkley, Byrne
C; Williams

Vs The Players

My tactics for both games will be;

Man on Man
Motion
TIE
SFDC
SF plays Def on C and Vice a Versa

Hopefully I will win both of these games which will put me out of the relegation race

My intention (Assuming Aussie doesnt forget to set his line up for the cup game) is to then put Aitkins and Cranshaw on the market either to finish the end of next week or the week after.

Hopefully the market will be up a little and it will allow these great players to get their game shapes up for their new owners before finals

Be interesting to see who makes some moves within our own league, based on the information that I have shared equaly with you all

Also be aware that my trainees will all be a season more advanced in their training and better prepared for the rigours of the ABBL at the end of next season- (Read between the lines)

As Whitebeard would say, Bring It !

Just got the dreaded bankruptcy message...

Your BuzzerBeater team will go bankrupt two weeks from today if you cannot get your balance back above -$500k! Please contact a game administrator if you have any questions.


Do I just need to tick back under the -$500k limit at some stage during the next two weeks, or do I need to be under the -$500k limit at the actual financial update on Monday?

Well I could have some fun and convince you that you just ignore those type of messages, but my understanding is that all you have to do is get your balance under the -$500 K stage at some time during the next 2 weeks

If you go into debt, you will be charged a 5% penalty each week until you are positive again at the time of a economic update. If your account is below -$500,000 at the time of a weekly economic update, you are given two weeks to bring your account back above -$500,000 for an economic update before your key players will be put on the transfer list automatically with a starting price of $0


thats straight from the manual - which suggests that if next financial update you above above -$500k, then the counter resets.

so technically speaking it sounds like you could tic-tac between above and below -$500k for weeks and still be ok.

My interpretation of that is that I need to below $-500k at one of the next two economic updates i.e the time period only resets at the actual economic update.
