I am sorry to all of my followers, I am going to step down as a canidate. I know I have let many of you down but because everyone says I am unqualified I am going to enter another countries NT election. In 2 seasons I will come back for NT manager! Good luck to all of the canidates.

Good luck man... in a couple of seasons, if I see that you put in a lot of hard work, and get involved in the offsite, I might vote for you.

Namssor has experience at being a NT manager so it won't be new to him. He was successful at NZ, surely he deserves a chance at USA NT. Jason can wait for now.

You know, if Namssor wins this election, and I run again in 2 seasons.....the same will be true then :-) Can't really get experience being an NT coach til you are an NT coach ;)

True then I guess you'd have to hope Namssor would screw up and do something like start Lundy at 6 GS for every game.

But perhaps then you won't be running against someone with previous NT experience. In other words, that's a reason to vote for Namssor, not a reason to vote against you.

[Note: I'm not endorsing anyone here. I'm just talking about the balance of reasons pro and con]

Well if you took an active part in at least helping run an NT if you don't win (say, be my assistant coach/scouting director/tactical dude/etc), that's pretty close to the real thing and would give you plenty of NT credibility/experience, in my eyes anyway.

Honestly I don't have much time before I leave for my vacation, but perhaps (32846740) is decent. Ismael and Eric Grubbs are both excellent scorers (47% and 51% FG%) but I only had one real good ID guy at the time. So I went Inside Box and 1, and held Ismael to 7-21 shooting and Eric to 6-19 shooting. Not suffocating, but decent, and enough to pull out the 3 point win. If I had done Man to Man, whoever my good ID guy wasn't defending probably would've had a field day. Just my theory.

Also, maybe (32846729). Manhattan had been playing Pilas, a big, at SF and I wanted to Run and Gun with 3 guards so I did a Box and One (outside, this was before I got my good ID guy) to help. The 54% shooter for the season went 4-19 and I won by 4. If that was Man to Man, I imagine he would've tore up my guard that I had at SF. Again, just my guess.

I'd have to dig deeper into the play by play to see if there are any extra clues.
