Yep, and of course, the Tasmanian Eagles managed to win the title after playing only 2 ABBL games. I'm not sure that really counts though!

Most present day division III teams/managers could've waltzed to an ABBL title back then.

Im hoping that he will freshen up and regain the hunger in Div 2 and come back bigger and stronger to the ABBL

Sorry I was at the salary floor the entire season so 9 wins isn't that bad and all those 2 point or less losses really hurt as well. I had 9 seasons in a row of making the ABBL playoffs so it was a good run. Too many of my key players were too old and it was really time for some major changes.

Ive been lauding your ability as a Manager for a few seasons but even im a bit surprised you were able to win the big trophy so quickly

Crazy stupid tactic trying to win it tonight away from home but fortune favours the brave, well done
