I think Ranga's has what it takes to beat both Plebs and Beasts.

I think on my day you're right, but they're both better teams overall than mine.
and Bains gets fired up about beating me...hehe I'm expecting the plebs to CT against me just because he can.

I have some money at the moment and am tossing up buying another gun.
Or am I being greedy and should just be content with having made the playoffs.
Gosh its a hard decision.

This league is definitely awesome, and I would not want to be demoting or promoting this season!

Chan is a beast.. he just got stopped by a better player.. it happens :D i think you can say the same about any player, they are no good if they aren't scoring. Chan's defense isnt where i want it to be, but it isnt that far off either.

But the spanking has shown that i am not even close to being where i want to be, and the problem i have is that i have established, untrainable players in positions where i need to get trainees into, and they are taking up way to much salary that i can use to scout and re-build..

i am seriously considering being so bad next season, i will fight for relegation, but that it is in the best interests of the team to do that for the long term.

Its only an opinion, probably a bad one. But just recently the ranga has been on fire.

Suabia just kept Chan to 2-20

Suabia didn't even guard him it was a 3-2 zone, so much for that theory. It is fairly easy to roughly guess the defence of a player by looking at their ratings and box scores.

Suabia is scoring a lot 20ppg and has good steals 1.7. His rating is averaging about 11.0, his salary is 19k and his proficient dmi is 215,000.

Chan is scoring a lot more at 26ppg, has less steals at 1.3 but still a good rating of around 11. His salary is $24,000 but his proficient dmi is an amazing 382,200 showing how much he has been trained.

Chan may be a little foul prone but he is much better than Suabia now and the gap will widen every week for the next several seasons. Chan will be a (the?) dominant force in this league for a long time to come.

I am very sad to see you sell Atanas Devendzhiev as he was the real weak spot on your team, you have mostly such good defenders he and his 7.0 rating games resulted in that there was always someone on your team that I could score on. His Inside Shot: atrocious and mediocre jump range also explain why he always had such horrible shooting percentages. I will be sad to see him go. Perhaps you could still buy him back or get someone similar?

Is this a joke or just flattery? Rangas have done very well but they are simply not in the same league as the top teams. Lets look at their "recent on fire" streak.

3/12/2011 smashed by the dons by 35 points - ouch!
3/15/2011 played us, we had sold two of our best guards, we tied, played only 7 guys - all bad except our trainees - including a horrible PG who went 1-16, we were at their arena and they went normal, and they win by 4.
3/19/2011 they are kryptonite to superman, no biggie.

But I am sure skyhooks wouldn't claim to be in the same league as Dons, ACT, many men or Beasts.

I think this is a well coached team that has done very well with the resources it has, great job Rad, but they are at least a season or two behind the top teams.

And teams should not forget many men and be high, they both have some excellent players too.

Sad thing is, this is the best this league has been in all the seasons Ive been in it. Be a shame to leave actually!

Agree that their seems to be a good bunch of guys in this league now but I have to tell ya Donny I would be happy to go up and let you stay here :) Wanna make a deal? lol

I shouldn't be counting my chickens just yet, MM had a average bump in the middle of the season due to game shape and cup games and I have no doubt that he will be bringing the rain when we face, I have a feeling BH has left his TIE run too late and will not have the enthusiam to get up over MM.

My predictions is Dons Vs Rangas at current state (dependant on how active Beasts or Rangas are on the TL).

I am sure the thought is going through everyone's mind but if it is not remember we got lucky and got a demoted bot this season, the league may not be so lucky next time round as I am sure Donny will atest too over our previous couple of seasons.

You can hope for luck again though. There are several d2 bots as well as teams that will be happy to just take it easy in d3 for a couple of seasons and train until they are ready to make another d2 push. Then again we may get some monster who will smash us all and make me regret deciding to give up on this season and just chase the big bucks. It does feel good to be able to look at the TL and think about all the players I could buy but then it makes me feel bad when I look at my horrible skeleton of a team and see how far we are from having one that can really compete.

ACT MM still has horrible GS and really he is running out of excuses for that now. Could be a very good game between MM and BH but if either of them has some spare millions then it can easily tip the balance.

interesting to see BH, MM ACT and the lakeshow 4 of the top 5. Rangas on only 77k, nice, we are trying to get that low, but hard to sell when half your team is injured.
