Well here goes my prediction for the Big 8 of League IV.5, with the Great 8 up next..

1. Halifax Cavaliers - Led by three stars, including fringe U21 prospect from last season in Richard Azuaje, they look to be tough to stop in a very well balanced division.
2. Breckenridge Tigers - With two great big men to man their front court, no other team in the division looks to have the defense to stop them, and with great balance, they should challenge the Halifax Cavaliers for the #1 seed.
3. Miami Heaterz - A few stars, but not great depth. In the second tier of teams in the division, after Halifax and Breckenridge.
4. TheDragons - A great big man, but lacks the star power after that. With great depth though, they should challenge for the #3 seed.
5. Da Cavs - A few good big men, but not much after that. Way below the four playoff teams, needs another player or two to have a chance to compete.
6. Bryant Bobcats - One good big man, but really no star power or depth after that. Not a great overall team.
7. Sterling Warriors - Once again not a great team, looks to relegate with no stars or depth.
8. chicago lizards - Will probably go bot in a week or 2, so should not put up much of a fight this season.

All-Stars

Starters
PG - Richard Azuaje (Halifax)
SG - Almir Baiao (Miami Heaterz)
SF - Jimmy Jeremy (Breckenridge Tigers)
PF - Jeb Kyle (Breckenridge Tigers)
C - Luther Dunlap (Bryant Bobcats)

Backups
PG - Pier Luigi Bacino (TheDragons)
SG - Ingo van Meer (Halifax Cavaliers)
SF - Sergio Maffezzoni (TheDragons)
PF - Leevi Karinkanta (Da Cavs)
C - Cornelio Garfias (TheDragons)

Great 8 up probably tomorrow

I don't think I can do the Great 8, it is soooo unpredictable. Someone from that conference in my league can do it or not haha.

Does anyone know anything about D. IV? I just promoted and was wondering if I have a chance? What kind of T.V. contract should I be expecting? Anything would be great thanks.

If you look at the "Player Salaries Floor" on your finances page, and divide by 0.8 (or multiply by 1.25), you'll see what your TV revenue is going to be this season.

Oh yeah, if you manage enthusiasm and GS you'll be in playoffs no problem and depending on your division might even have a shot at promotion.

Okay thank you thank you! What should I expect attendance wise? I'm asking just so I can forecast financially and adjust my roster accordingly

Since you just promoted you'll see a good bonus and should be able to sell out your arena based on your current prices.

Looking at it, I think you should make the playoffs barring major calamity. Advancing out this season might require some luck and better team growth (via transfers and/or training) than the teams currently 'above' you in roster salary.
