hehhe yeah training gameshape during the PO is a norm, but I did not expect to win by such a large margin which is why I played PO CT.

Now aussie pride has the edge since he used PO Normal against bryce gibbs.

Great game Koop well done. Now it is you against Aussie Dude obviously the two best teams this season get to meet in the finals. The perfect script. As I said the injury reduced your depth but had little impact on the quality of your starting lineup.

On the other hand it is sad to say goodbye to Whitebeard, C-Cat, ezlife and sid vicious. I m sure we will still be hearing a lot from or about them in the seasons to come.

Who are the likely promotees?

II.1
JW City Bulls v High School Drop-outs
While I am sure Koop and Urumamma are supporting JW (and I guess I am too) HSDO is a verteran manager from season four who has been here before. HSDO has a very low budget team with a $90k high and $30k low in his top five. JW is led by the legendary Shaun McArthur and then has two other $110k plus guys but depth is a massive issue with his number four, five and six guys being 34k, 13k and 6k. Wow I can't believe you can do that will with so little depth. Great work JW.

II.2
North Carlton Cavaliers v Awesome^.-
North Carlton Cavaliers aren't a well known team but started in the legendary season 10. They have no-one above $100k but have five solid $65k or above starters including ex-U21 player Aandarasan Gunasekar. Sundae09 is well known here being a recent ABBL team Due to an injury to long time star Adrian Wills his team now looks like the JW City Bulls. $160, $160, $130, $17, $13. Matchups, tactics, fouls and injuries will all be massive in this series.

II.3
That's How You Get Ants v tannum tantrums
If anyone thought it was painful having sid in the league just wait and see what it is like if we get Sterling_Archer in the league. Two brilliant up and coming managers Anys used to be the Mad Rangas who are veterans from the second toughest division III of all time Australia III.12 which spawned several other amazing managers including Bainsy (RIP). Ants has the incredible $110k ex-U21 star Siggy Jolly out two weeks which must greatly hurt their chances but they still feature some handy players, $130, $110 Gary Howorth and four others $25k or more. dudehowdy only started in season 14 making him a very young potential ABBL team. He is very unusual these days in having an outside based attack led by $116k Zsombor Gál and the famous $83k Clinton Abimbola who is ex-TeamAkuma.

II.4
Coasters v Vios Violationers
Coasters led by drongo only started in season 18 so this is an amazing feat to make it to the division II finals so quickly. However with one guy over $35k the amazement has probably come to a halt. II.4 Big 8 had five total tankers this season which must be a record. On the other hand season four veteran Violator has a rock solid team, Every player is in proficient game shape and there are seven $40k-$100k players including the excellent $86k Chinh Tôn and $104k Rivah Sibley. Maybe the best of the eight finalists vs probably the weakest.

Good luck to all the finalists.

There will be a new ABBL champion again this season. It will be my 3rd time in the finals and aussie prides 2nd time.

Only half the of promotees from this season survived : Wa is a dump and whompas donkeys.
Lets see if next years promotees can do better with less attrition rate.

...the second toughest division III of all time Australia III.12...

1st being III.2 right :p

Have had a very long history playing against JW, and have played a few season against vios in the early II.1 days, so would be nice to play them again. Still no matter which four teams make it up here, it will be well deserved.

Yes funny game.

My team had buzzer beater chances to win it in regular time and then the first 2 over times.

Out of character one of my players (I think it was Ott) fouled and then gave away a flagrant foul with about 20 seconds left in the 3rd overtime which allowed your mob to hit the lead and then for some really strange reason my team which was one point behind didnt foul in the last 12 seconds as your guys were winding down the clock

Did soften the blow of losing a bit, the fact that I didnt have to pay players salaries this week.

Has cost me the extra game though which will impact training.

Will still single position though, Williams and Ryder this week and Williams and Palmeri next week

i honestly don't even know myself how i got through this season and into the Finals! BB must've realised that my interest in the game was dropping and needed a boost! If I had known i was a chance, i would've bought up some players pre-playoffs and have a better chance of beating HSDO, but i never even thought i'd get through Doncaster Flames... I am hoping that my expensive trio can make up for the lack of depth for 3 more games.
