Come on people. We need someone to step up. I surely don't want any of the past coaches to come in and register 10 minutes before and win without a vote. (You all know who I am talking about, our friend from Poland)

Sorry man... I am taking on some pretty big things at work over the next 6 months to a year, and until I get a handle on them I'm not up for anything extra.

I think I did say it wasn't a real reflection.

We have a candidate & I have voted so everyone vote before BBking signs up & somehow gets 2 votes & wins.

Looking a the DMIs now they are way lower but Yusuke Furusawa (now playing for shinaga) is still the best. While I had him I don't think he had any skill drops. Then look at all our fantastic big men who can play for ages.

Kouzo Yasujiro 27
Katsurou Matsumoto 26
Takayoshi Kishita 25
Eita Wakatsuki 26

All 4 are still geting trained so our big men stocks ae looking great. My 2 obviously not as good but those top 2 should be world clsss.

Guards is a lot worse.

Yasuyoshi Honda 29
Haruki Fujii 32
Takayoshi Kawagichi 26

Those are our only $100k + guards & I assume none of them are getting trained.

I don't know much about Yoshiaki Amori (90k 26 HoF) but he looks really interesting.

But where are the world class guards? Are there any just about to burst onto the stage?

I am a little bit confused. It says the new guy won with 22% of the vote.....What?
Was my vote not even counted? Very strange. It was too late for Swoosh to leave the race right? So how was this guy the only guy with a vote? The reason I voted for Swoosh was just in case the new guy gets banned, we will have a coach. Now we have no Plan B in case of a ban. That sucks.

Relax, I'm not a new guy. I've been playing for quite a few years and have always been active in the Australian community. I' won't get banned

My focus will now shift to the Nippon community where I'm hoping I can work with experienced managers like yourself in developing the Nippon team over the next two seasons.

I'll get to work shortly, just working a night shift tonight and then I can put some serious time into getting to know all the players and managers

Life gets busy, but I think you've put the team in a pretty good spot. Bigs were our concern, and now they're not. Thanks for your work over the past few seasons.
