Very low JS to imagine him as a PF...No need more DR/HA/PA in my opinion. Just focus on the basic big men skills and JS.

My perfect PF
Jump Shot: legendary Jump Range: legendary
Outside Def.: legendary Handling: legendary
Driving: legendary Passing: legendary
Inside Shot: legendary Inside Def.: legendary
Rebounding: legendary Shot Blocking: legendary
Stamina: proficient Free Throws: legendary

give me 5 of those I will show you my world domination plan.

p.s. give me unlimited BB money

my point is although have great secondaries on a player is nice but spending all those training time on a 6'10 whose OD is atrocious... then that is just stupid when you could have use those time to train a world class Guard instead of a PF who have great secondaries... the key word is "Limit"

Depends on the age and the level of trainer. I trained a 6'9" guy up to sensational OD and was getting a pop every other week. At the time he was 18 years old and I had a level 5 trainer.

I was trainig OD for my PF last season. I trained with lvl 4 trainer and the player's age was 20 and height was 6'6. In total, he had 4 pops, 3 of them took 2 weeks each and the 4th pop took 3 weeks.

( ajudando a futura concorrencia hehe)

Anyway, you can train just his OD and driving and play him as a PF just in defense, but you know that a big man with this potential is not a starter for a Div I,he can be good coming from the bench maybe

if you want this,I'd say put 2 of the main skills at 11 and the other at 14+,but train the secondaries first if you really want to train him

I currently have a PF trainee like that:

Owner: BC iTeam
Weekly salary: $ 157 885
DMI: 1737400
Age: 22
Height: 6'9" / 206 cm
Potential: MVP
Game Shape: proficient
Jump Shot: average Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: inept
Driving: average Passing: pitiful
Inside Shot: marvelous Inside Def.: marvelous
Rebounding: stupendous Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: inept Free Throw: respectable

I want to make him a top class PF who plays in the national team, so any ideas what to do with him?

A full season of Passing training and then a full season of 1-1 and Jump Shot training. Then if you can afford to improve his ID some more (I assume his IS will pop with the 1-1 training)

By early 25yo if he can get 6 JS pops, 6 HD, 6 DR & 6 PA, maybe 1-2 more IS you'll have your beast.

Thank you for the tips, I made a training plan according to your tips and it doesn't seem very unrealistic that I will be able to make this beast, but training the passing skill will be hard because I am in the second league and fighting to get into the champioship:)

Careful with training IS and ID because the salary could sky rocket and you would have to sell him in that case.
