I have a 10-20k roster in most places, and two trainees, and CT'd a game and lost (I had 12 ebthusiam). IV.18, Pretty tough

In IV.15 the Big 8 country ranking avg. is 453 and the Great 8 country ranking avg. is 1039. Altogether making a avg. of 750 country ranking. IV. 15 is one-sided toward the Big 8. Does that play a factor to which IV league is best?

Those are pretty impressive ratings most D.IV leagues have 1-3 teams in the entire league that could put up those kind of ratings. Pretty impressive that this league has several teams that could do it.
