What would be the incentive for the japanese managers to have a winning NT ? Yes, it's cool, but it's also a game. If the NT coach is distant and do it just to have a second team, they have no reason to vote for him. Communication with the community is a part of being a NT coach if the community is willing to have it. After all, it's the VOTING community, they can make the choice they want.

A winning NT can be possible only with good players...and if managers train very good players for NT,they train very good players for their team, that can win more games and raise the level of the competition in the country to make the league more entertaining...
Have a winning NT gives A LOT of benefit to a community

In the elections, you should vote for a candidate because of his ability as manager

With all due respect, if you believe this, then you have a long way to go before you'll be worthy of coaching any nations team.

WAIT,WHAAAAAAAAAT?????The coach of a NT HAS TO BE the best manager/coach possible...how do you think that he can be able to win games?
Hackering the site to let the weakest and worst managed team win? -.-"

Question: how many NT/U21 teams have you managed?

a) what do you thin you can give to the team? Why should they vote for you?
b) if they told me that Japanese people can’t help me because they don’t have time, you, being in the Japanese league how can you manage it?
c) my project can put me in the position to give more time for the U21 National team. What about you? Could you put in first place the National team instead of your personal team?
d) how can you manage it? Do you think your gonna create an équipe of users and helpers or can you do it all by yourself?
e) How many U21 players did you trained (Not Japanese players)?
f) You told you were U21 manager for about 4 seasons. Which were your results, and why at the time you didn’t continue?

a. They should vote for me because I am the best manager for the job. I will win or die trying.
b. I am addicted to the game...I am on at least 10 times a day. I have the time.
c. Yes. The U-21 gig will get my full attention.
d. I might ask for a scout(from Japan) to help out.
e. enough to know what quality is..
f. I was the goods...but back then(season 8,9,10,11) there were many more users in Japan(50-60)..it was the Era of the mono-skilled player. but I won made it to the second round of the WC qualifiers. And then China smacked my tush.

Question: how many NT/U21 teams have you managed?

I have been in an NT staff as scout for various season, previously with BlackMouse - actual U21 italian coach - in U21 South Africa team when we reached the first semifinal in south african history in african tournament(the next coach win the african torunament receiving the team that we built in our period, and after that title sout africa crashed because that coach and the next coach made a pretty bad work with the young players),and then with Mitico Cobra in Ghana U21 national team that reach the semfinal in african tournament(ghana has reached semifinals in african tournaments only when they had italian coaches)

I never had the interest to be a NT coach, and worked with these managersas scout only because I have a good relationship with them in our forum, but I know well how a national team works,in countries with a number of a similar size of Japan
And I don't understand where the phrase
The coach of a NT HAS TO BE the best manager/coach possible
is wrong.Communication is a part of being a good manager of an NT team, but not in the way you look at - things like "being in the chat at game time" are basically useless - ; the communication you have to consider is the communication to the managers to guide the training of their players, and the communication about tactic choices and adversaries team on game threads

Question: how many NT/U21 teams have you managed?

So the short answer to that, sans all the rhetoric, is "zero". Stands to reason.

Then you still have very, very long way to go before you'd be ready to coach a small nation. Once you do understand, then no explanation will be necessary.
