Big game this Monday with the final game of stage 1 of asian championship vs China
Both teams without loses and the winner will go into the 2nd stage with a little easier group and some confidence.

Well you are upfront about your opinion of Mickeysters performance as a Manager, but I dont know if I like your tone both in your post and also in the game chat tonight.


I always found Mickeyster to be open to ideas in the offsite forum when it came to tactics and whilst it is easy to criticise its often harder to do, and on that token I believe Mickeyster has proven himself to be an extremely hard working and very capable Manager over several seasons with the Aussie U21 team.

Whilst I am impressed by your relative success in the game for your 7 seasons in it and also your passion on game chat, you have yet to prove yourself in the manner that Mickeyster has to many with his excellent efforts with the U21s.

Perhaps you will prove your self in time to myself and others, but in the interim Id kindly suggest that you need to do this through your own efforts rather the criticism of others who are doing their best

So you're saying I can't call someone out for making a tactical blunder because I don't have the 'seniority' required? Really now. The implementation of the GDP forces teams to change up their tactics regularly or risk losing a game they would've otherwise won. Mickyster has never switched our tactics up, not once. I tried to tell him in the off-site forum that this was going to end in tears, but he insisted on playing Look Inside for every single game and look at what happened...

Perhaps try some constructive criticism instead of being a tard about it. Your second post was better than your first.

I appreciate the input ott9, but I agree the tone isn't quite right.

What frustrates me is the lack of talk about anything regarding the team moving forward. I really appreciate that Micky posts lineups and tactics pre-game every week on the offsite, but the silence that follows is deafening. A couple of weeks ago, I remember I made a post along the lines of "cool, looks good" just to try to get some noise in there.

What I'd like to see is that after the tactics go up, at least a couple managers with some sort of credentials chip in with some feedback, and that this be addressed and via a consensus we should be able to come to some improved decisions, theoretically. Not that Micky should follow what others want him to do, we elected him and he has the right to say "I'm sticking to my gut and making this decision", and if it pays off I'd tip my hat to him. But I'd like to start the conversation, I often feel like I'm a little inexperienced to offer much but I'll try where I can, and not only do I feel this would help the team but just being part of the conversation I feel would help me as a manager and I hope the others that take part would also benefit.

There are many thing to consider and discussion of attics should be left to offsite forum.
If you are not happy with my performance please run for the job when it is next up.

I would prefer more discussion about things but there were 12 posts regarding 1st 5 games and 3/4 of them were mine. I used to check offsite every day now it's a few times a week max.

I'm still confident in making semis and even the final. I have a plan and while thus loss makes things a little harder I'm happy where the is at. Philippines now take on indo with less enthus and will likely lose the game. We can still finish top in our group.
