So...voters have to search for your earlier brilliance?
Here it was:
Brilliance is all I offer.

can you tell me based off of your limited view of canadas 21 year old prospects, what kind of team do you envision( you can answer without giving too much away but i do want you to answer).. and what do you see as the possible team defiiciencies that you want to address?
I don't see any S20 player depth charts on the offsite to answer this question. Does Sparky have it somewhere I'm not looking?
@Saumong post 10
what will you do to make U21 reach its max potential? What makes you different then all the other candidates in terms of being able to run U21?
Get the most out of every player I can. Tirelessly scout opposition players and their weaknesses. Use enth + gdp to effect where needed and gamble when needed.
Trophies.

1) How will you increase interest in the Canadian U21 team?
2) Did you learn anything from the mistakes that Sparky made in his term? If so what?
3) Obviously you cannot see the builds of the players but how will you change the training strategies? Sparky mentioned that very few people responded to his messages, so I am curious how your approach will be different.
Interest waning in many nations is a chance for us to rise up not follow. If we can establish a core of U21/NT trainers as well as coach new managers in developing talent for their own teams AND the U21/NT. Be positive, be helpful, be knowledgeable. Agree on Tiger's point about press releases, propaganda, etc. to advertise games, player accomplishments.
To be honest, I didn't pay much attention to U21 while in the hands of someone less capable.
Not much you can do but be persistent, listen to the needs/wants of the manager, and try to come up with the proper solution for each trainee's case. Be organized in channeling trainees to the proper training builds.

Will you maintain a roster database on the offsite?
Yes. The offsite needs to be utilized 10x as much as it is now. Why aren't people posting/participating there? It's dead. It's filled with so many posts/folders from 2012 that finding something from 2015 is a treasure hunt. People should be in the know about how the team is forming/changing/improving. Having a "manager of the month" for most training pops or something would encourage managers to send more BB mail to the U21 manager about every pop every week.

What does your ideal u21 sf look like? inside? outside? combo? please explain.
In U21 it really helps to have both an inside and outside oriented SF. One to start, one to backup. Tough to have a talented enough SF at age 21 to be a combo SF without being too weak somewhere, but if the other SFs have GS/injury problems, that combo guy could always come in handy.
10/8 11/8 8/9 10/10 7/4 off the top of my head for 85 TSP. Less JR and SB than Fwinns' SF, as I believe JR will be lower at 10 than the defending OD anyways and SB is only really handy at higher levels (not enough difference in the 5-10 range to justify training unless pumping higher.)
edit: Ha, looks like I posted a combo SF. +2 JS/JR (and -2 IS/ID) for outside, +2 IS/ID (-2 JS/JR) for inside give or take. RB also looks low at 7. RB is huge for more offensive chances and stopping the opposition from the same. Maybe -1 HA and +1 RB or even -1 HA and PA, +2 RB.
