First thoughts are I preferred the old news layout, and the highlighting while hovering over something is bothering me too. Latter might be useful on mobiles I guess so if that's the reason for the change I understand.

mouse highlights everything before you click on it.

What do you mean by this? I can't find anything that is highlighted before I click it...

BB-s making some little cool changes, I really like it, I'm glad to see that they work to make the game better.

yey new changes recently... :)

shows that the BB's are making an effort to change at least a bit of the look of the website...

I just hope they make even more changes to make the site look more... modern.
