A level 7 PR keeps my attendance at max with maxed out prices. And yes, switching from 1 to 5 some time ago improved attendance.

Obviously, nothing is universally guaranteed for all cases since winning streaks and ticket prices also affect attendance. There is more than one way to address situations there, imagine that.

I can definitely imagine that there are other factors that affect attendance. They are both stated in the rules and easily verifiable.

I think the PR manager is more long term. He is not going to have an incredible effect right away. His impact is seen more in the long term. He may increase merch. revenue immediately, but that is not his biggest effect. Here is my theory of what a PR manager does:

1) Increase the soft cap for season ticket holders.
2) Bring fans to your team faster and decrease fans leaving when you lose games.

Both effects will increase your tickets and merch. revenue in the long term.

Anyhow, that's why I see it as a long term thing.

I hope you’re right and he actually plays some role. The problem is we don’t have much to go on, just his salary and an abstraction, his level. If we could see how many fans are joining during the season or the fan mood we would be eventually able to figure out something, but right now choosing which PR manager to hire is little more than a lottery.

its crazy to think that hiring a level 10 pr manager is going to have a god effect in the long term run,

i mean for now his level 10 and his working on it then after lets say 4 weeks or so suddenly out of the blue he just became lazy for whatever reason and fall to level 9 would the long effect be in respect to level 10 work he made then and how long will the level 9 result effect kick in

it makes no sense, also its PR if your telling me merchandise sales doesnt have any direct effect with good PR ? especially with this things below

1. jersey
2. basketballs with logo
3. players get to do a lot more to society maybe by joining lets say " learning to read " fun drive or " gift to the gifted childs" wherein they go to special children.
4. ticket sales, better or bigger scope of market
5. any marketing strategy like tv commercials etc

now you can think more, but its all about the team and players. will not that effect the overall sales of your merchandise espcially on a high league team and winning and if you have really damn good players

just like this if lebron james is so famous that what if the cavs do a thing like this, buy a lebron james mini figure for 39.95 and you get a free hotdog and drinks

or another you if buy a jersey of him you yopu get posters

now tell me if the game isnt build this way then ill shut up there is no use barking if its the wrong tree.

and lastly a basketball team especially like a nba league type, usuallyteams are already a considered a self driven marketing team. meaning they are already expose to a lot of things even if you dont want to spend so much but if spending for that additional boost can really help create a better feel of a basketball team especially getting market you didnt have before.

If the PR guy works the way I said, I'm completely happy with it. There is lots of income to go around as it is right now.

I agree that they could explain more of what a PR guy does - without necessarily saying exact dollar amounts. The issue of explaining the rules more is not just confined to the PR guy, though.

i ntoice my attendance drop since i got a losing streak by me

which saw attendance drop probably thats the cause of lower merchandise sales.

ok thats one thing

but having a level 10 pr that time i dont know how he help me by i lose around 4k seats on bleachers alone.

going back how can he help ? if your losing can he help cushion that by making it not drastic fall or what

another can we be organize as to what really happens to your team with having a good pr ?

how much work he can put on a certain time at a certain level then if he drops what happens its like a undone promise or something never materializes
