The list isn't correct unfortunately. My rival from D.IV 39, LionPride, has a 21-1 record and a 659 PD. He isn't listed above.

Well, since he won your league, he really doesn't figure into this anyway. Of course, if one team could be missed, it does indicate that others could also have been.

Ah; Another season begins... IV.6 looks basically the same as it did last season; 4 league champion teams from D5 coming in along with a D-3 Demotee, as is standard. The league once again contains 3 gimme-teams; bot-cleanup teams that are below 1900 in the USA rankings. The only real difference is another 4 months of BB experience for the coaches that are returning to the league...
