I don't think comparing salaries counts for much. I know Lefthook use to do very well in the NZBL with one of the lowest salaries in the league as did I when I first promoted. So a players salary isn't everything.

I agree.
My SG, 16k, he's an amazing player. My Inside can be good, the inside is good, but my outside is almost the same thing compared with the outside.

What?
I think before you start another campaign for NT or U21 manager you should actually build a decent team and train a good player, that way when you try to give some advice it actually looks like you know what your talking about. Get some credibility before you start preaching your lies!
