I'm planning on making him into a true center, i want to boos his inside shot, inside def, rebounding, shot blocking all to proficient at least. I'd also like to boost his jump shot and jump range to strong.

So many atrocious skills,...JS, OD, ST, EXP (...that will come up eventually), HND, PS...and his freethrows are inept...this guy is just to bad.

And it will be a very difficult task (if not impossible) to get his JR and JS that high...because he's 7'1...first concentrate on his HND, so that he doesn't make to many TO's.

Yeah, i didn't think about improving his handiling but i'll work on that. I just want my centers to have good inside def, inside shot, shot blocking, free throw and rebounding. All at least strong, if not higher than strong for some.

Well, i'd hate to dump him because he's a rookie, but thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks guys! The good thing is I have another trainee who is 6'8 who already has decent outside skills with his good inside skills. The bad thing is, he only has star potential and I don't know how much more he can grow. He's only 20 but has a salary of $17,824. Can I expect many outside pops for him?

You should work on his outside defense, it won't take long for him to have strong outside defense or higher. That's a good trainee. Oh yeah and also boost his passing as well.

he needs better outside defense and handling, at least for now.

ultimately, it might be a good idea to train both of them parallelly - the first one will be more of a PG, while the second one will develop into a nice SG.
