Great work noodles several people tipped you this season as the other big player. A pity WB got the bye I would have liked to see a WB v mllama SF. (Awesome <(_+> if you are reading this I mean no disrespect you have done very well but playing you is not the same as playing mllama.) WB has had a really good run, it looked like a bad draw when they got CROCKERS early but something odd happened that game. As if it isn't bad enough with him being a brilliant manager and having a fantastic team but he also gets the dream draw. He must have captured a fairy.

WB Bot, 393, 445, 26, 27, 64, 26, 3 (BLS, but decimated by injuries and really needing league wins.) and now 60. So really WB has made the top 4 without playing a healthy top 25 team.

BHB 321, 41, 89, 24, 47, 113, 72, 8 and now 2. A MUCH tougher journey with three top 25.

LW 271, bot, 19, 44, 98, 85, 22, 7 and now 11. Also a MUCH harder draw, sure lots of teams tanked it but you can't know it before the game.

And just for fun...
Awesome^.- 447, 450, 309, 74, 242, 61, 88, 27 and now 1. Forget top 25 except for Slam ! (1 guy over 100k and he in mediocre GS) they havent played a top 50 team! Wow. Good thing he is also an awesome person!

Be curious to know what the toughest cup run to a final is. Mine has been a stinker so far but i am sure there would some others of similar standard.

that's this year but i'm talking all time. Wonder if BLS or one of the other regular finalists recalls a tough run they had.

Not sure about everyone else but going through my own history, some of my tougher Cup runs have been:

Season 18: 547, 295, 24, 25, 35, 15, 30, 11, 25, 5. This is probably my toughest, was right in to the thick of things at round 3!

Season 15: 453, bot, 57, 167, 63, 9, 19, 3, 6, 4

Season 14: 239, 229, 198, 19, 16, 99, 15, 12, 21, 4

Season 13: 80, 264, 299, 3, 141, 21, 69, 5, 3, 8

Season 12: 178, bot, 152, 153, 353, 48, 7, 6, 3, 10

You kids these days have it easy! haha :P

I had a super tough run in I think season 11. From memory, played ranks 1,3 and 4 on the way to the final, then lost to rank 5 in the final (I was rank 2). That sucked.

Not sure what the rest of my draw was, and can't be bothered check atm :p

Wow that season 18 run was incredibly hard but mllama really playing 5, 4, 3 and 1 when he was 2 that must be the worst draw ever! That season was the final hurrah of Niko. I remember what a noob I was back then with no-one above all star potential being trained and no-one above $10k salary on my roster. They are both 35 now so may have gone down in salary but Niko's two best performers were $45k Daniel Vendrell (2569313) and $38k Fredrick Davidson (836661).

This is not only the most unbalanced league I have been a part of it is the most unbalanced I have ever seen! Wow 2nd in Big 8 = getting relegated in the Great 8. It sucks to be us!

Nice to see you a supporter again Bryce I had forgotten how many trophies you had, quite a collection. Hopefully you will be adding a division II championship in season 21.

Currently the great 8 has 14 more wins than the big 8, which is a fair thrashing.

Reckon season 9 is the most unbalanced in the ABBL from a quick look. the differential was +14 for the big 8 that season to, though you'd expect this seasons differential to close up a little, given there is one round of cross conference games left, and they are big 8 home games. This season is also a bit skewed by the bot.

There were a fair few seasons in the early days where the big 8 dished out a thrashing.

In season 9, 14-8 in the big 8 didn't even make the playoffs. 10-12 made the playoffs in the great 8, and 8-14 came 5th. Pretty unbalanced

Wow in season nine AVALON JETS were indeed 14-8 +180 and ended up 5th. Even worse remember in those days you went two weeks with no income for 5th it wasn't the 3rd best place like it is now although I imagine salaries were about half of what they are now.
