probably. but I need to think about succes for the U21 team too. if the community is happy I work as a "farm" team for the NT I am more than happy to do that. but I am afraid I will be judged for results I have with the U21 team and not for how great players I get ready for the NT... And I think the way I want to follow, like you say yourself a player would be rdy for the NT at 23 or 24 at the latest. The players you have now, will last surely for many more seasons too come and are properly trained and are hopefully still trained not?
yes, i didnt say 10 in total, 10 every season. means 20 players in 2 seasons time that are 20 and 21. and than every season get 10 more that would be a start. Off course you want to have plenty off players to pick from, but that is never going to happen. I talked to one or 2 other smaller basketball countries and even noticed in the USA U21 debate the BB developer charles said that the USA is behind china, italy or germany for example when it comes to enthusiasm on the forums and for support to their national teams. we have to start somewhere. and 10 would do me for now. Now I have only 7 or 8...
forget xp gains, they are tiny, tiny, tiny.
I read somewhere that for each 80 oficial games played, experience would pop a level.
And even the influence of the experience is very low
