Well, even if it doesn't drop visibly, it'll drop, and that could impact DMI.

It means that the best sample is a player which skill-ups are completed and now on you start to train him FT. So if you can get to that player for a first few weeks into GS 7-9, it could be usefull to compare him with the result after FT training.

However Im not sure if anyone would get him into GS 1-5 in purpose, maybe just for that survey...
