For training purposes only the position(s) that he actually plays during the week matter.

If a guy with position tag Center plays as Point Guard, his training minutes count for PG training.

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

The loss is substantially more, which is every so realistic!!

Because real players only get training in games......

I don't think there's actually much loss in training between 48+ and 48 min. I don't even worry about sub optimal minutes down to about 44 min. Lower than that, and I might try and get a trainee a few extra minutes, assuming it's my highest priority trainee. Anyone other than that, and it's no big deal. I haven't noticed many missed pops, or slower subsequent pops, in these cases.

Yeah, that's cool.

I was more commenting on the game's realism.

he wont get full training, but nor would it be worth scrapping training that week and doing team training in my opinion.
ive had weeks where a trainee has had 47 minutes and ive not noticed a significant drop off in training speed

I would not agree with that assertion
each minute is more devastating than the last one

I guess your not familiar with how the training is set up then and how it is counted.
It has an exponential growth for every minute. And if the growth factor was 1.0 then 47 mins would only mean that you get 50% training. Now i dont think it is anywhere near 1.0 though so 47 will mean a lot more then 50% but still a fair bit from 100%

Where is the evidence for that? I have never experienced big setbacks in training from a few lost minutes, a 50% loss for one minutes less is absurd.
