Woohoo! Evan Rose is exciting! BTW SammyD, I will certainly be starting him now! Get some training minutes in and hopefully he will improve in Defence. His MVP potential really lets me work on his core interior game. Very good sign for future!

the way i see it.... ignore jump range and outside defend for starters.

JumpShot = Ignore
Jump range = Dont touch
OD = dont touch
Handling = do 1 v 1 training 1 or 2 week
Driving = do 1 v 1 training for a weeks same as above (note: do 1 v 1 forward training, handling and driving increase faster)
passing = next season ^_^
IS = Focus on it
ID = Focus on it
RB = let it pop once or twice this season
SB = don't touch
Stamina Don't touch for now.
FT= ignore it till off season or all star break.

EXP : what can you do about it ^_^

ao far that i can see.... his salary were mostly all came from Rb and SB >.<
SB is a bad stats to have due to ineffetive + high salary usage

you really need to get the handling and driving up a bit. ignore passing for now^_^

this is my trainee Center from last season try to base of it, try to get better than him in every aspect of his game

[New Zealand]
Del Smith (13596175)
Center

Weekly salary: $ 10 884

DMI: 30200
Age: 19
Height: 6'7" / 201 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: inept Jump Range: awful
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: respectable
Driving: respectable Passing: inept
Inside Shot: proficient Inside Def.: prominent
Rebounding: proficient Shot Blocking: awful
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: strong

if you can top mine. im pretty sure is possible due to his height, then you have a one way ticket to U21 NT ^_^

sadly i didn't make it, but i'll get him in the team next season ^_^

im not experienced but... i can help you with the basic ^_^ might need sammy or namssor pick up what i've missed

first, looking at his stats and height, i dont think pf is a good choice =(

level 1 IS makes it really hard.... im thinking he could be a good outside base SF
or a pure SG with level 7 RB skill ^_^, i call them rebound guard =D

he got good rebound and jump shot (core for good SF) note : exclude the defense
and his defend is mediocre and average those are the one you need to train on.

if you want to make him SF = train both defense up
if SG = just focus OD.

i think just average his game up for now, make him a jack of all trait. and start specializing next season. his stats is all over the place right now.

things to do this season.

Train your stamina on all star break = this is a must, i find STM > FT. you have 1/5 chance for this player of going to the line anyway >.<

things not to do
SB training
IS training
FT training (do Stamina instead)

unless you are desperate, don't start him this season, jump play scrim 48min. that handling and passing, FT and IS( if he's playing at PF) is going to cost you a lot of game.

there's soo much possibilities with this player, is easy to screw up. but the reward will be sweet ^_^
surprise everyone next season ^_^

sry justa quick review, ganna go shower and such, give smmy and namssor Private Massage, they'll help you out.

Do a bit of 1 on 1 forwards training while he's young Tmac, get his handling and driving to a decent level then just go hard on ID, ID and RB. Don't worry about SB as that just balloons his salary for little gain. I wouldn't worry to much about passing but if you want to pop it a couple of times I suggest doing it in his first season :P
