I liked your solution. Easy and effective without affecting to market or player´s salary. +1 to you

I also like the idea of a daily financial update. These 2 combined would work.

I think some National Team Coaches wouldn't agree with these one.

I like the transfer deadilne ideia and the "make'em pay at least 1 week of salary" one.

Maybe later the BB's could think of creating a new parameter related to team cohesion, that would be interesting but i guess it requires a little more time to test\implement. I think that would be very interesting and it would make the game more similar to real life (see Miami this season as they are getting a little bit better as season develops).

We of the Brazilian community have observed several things that have happened in the BB and we wanna give some suggestions to solve/improve the game.

* About the B3 and its weekly hires.
As we saw in the last edition of B3, several teams have hired players with big wages and sold in the same week, before even having to pay their wages, almost as if they rent that players.

Solution 01:
Create a registration system, and each team, in a particular phase of the competition have to make a list with a limited number of players, and only those players will be able to play until the next transfer window in the competition.

Solution 02:
This solution can even be used in conjunction with the first, this suggestion is that each player has to stay at least two weeks in his new club before can be transferable again. This would help to combat not only managers who contracts for only one week but also the all daytrader in general.

Solution 03:
When you buy a player, his Game Shape will automatly go down two levels. It is nothng that a team can not handle if you are pretending to keep the player o even day trade him, but renting players will not be very atractive. With this measure you do not altere nothing but hiring players in the last days to just one match (Cup, B3 or PO).

Edit: Adding negations does not work the same in english and spanish. I hope i have beeing understood. Sorry for my english.

now i have done a bit of day trading because lets face it, it is the best way to get ahead in this game of basketball, which is silly

giving teams an enthusiasm penalty is a good idea, like with the national teams

there can easily be some exceptions to allow legitimate trading

rule
selling a player = minus 1 enthusiasm
exceptions
new teams get 3 weeks when selling has no effect
first two weeks of every season (to give several chances to sell draft picks without a hit and organise teams for the coming season) no effect

maybe as well
all-star week (i know in the nba his is the trade deadline so a lot of players move at this time)
last week of regular season (makes sense that teams will want to change their rosters depending on their playoff needs)

but maybe there two are a bit confusing and risky and not needed

and lets face it, once teams are eliminated from competition they can sell freely and who cares if their enthusiasm goes down

I really don't understand why to solve a clear problem in final stages on B3 and on national cups, all the transfer system is needed to change...

Although I like the idea, you also need to have a certain flow of players to keep the game evolving. An enthusiasm hit for the team may lead to a 'freeze' on the transfer list and then some very extreme price spikes.

For this reason I favour the player losing 2 levels of GS (ie. adjusting when he joins his new team). Looking at the BB3 players this would mean by q/f stage or later they would be pitiful/awful GS and then this in itself makes them almost worthless. Only noobs who have yet to get to grips with the game will end up buying them for 10k thinking they have got a bargain...

I guess the downside of this is that controlling wages at the top-end will become so critical that as soon as you've created a player that is deemed by the majority to be too wage intensive, his value plummets like a rock.

Ok scrap that! But I think tinkering with player GS is better than Team enthusiasm.
