Asunto zanjado, creo que hemos aclarado por parte de nuestro staff el asunto, estamos a la espera de nuevas preguntas.

Pues yo leyendo las candidaturas y despues del tema bolivia- España creo que la candidatura de un pais deberia ser una y exclusiva y no estar metida en varias.. Por muy chica que sea la seleccion formar parte del equipo de dos selecciones que se pueden encontrar.. Aun asi, y sin ofender, la candidatura de liones no creo que sea la mejor :D

una humilde opinion.

Yo no tengo claras mis preguntas, es más, estaré desde mi cueva leyendo todas las aportaciones.
Pero una pregunta que tengo, más que pregunta es curiosidad...


¿Que cualidades "exigís" para aquellos que forman los Staff's?


Aunque lo pueda parecer no es una pregunta borde, ni con mala intención ni nada por el estilo. Es curiosidad, simplemente.

i dont need staff members as since season 6 i am managing large database of opponents teams players. i dont need any more staff about Spanish 22+years old players. this scouting i believe i can manage by myself (as i have managed u21 scouts and NT scouting in my country). There is not that many potential players.. this is my advantage i dont need managers who would know your player´s skills and who compete against you in league or cup..

i believe i respect your community that much i have chosen your country to lead. My sister is married to Spanish guy down from Malaga i am godfather of their kid and both lives in my country now. I repsect your community i have chosen it becose i see big potential here and becose i respect your country and have relatives in it. From the countries outside mine it was clear choice to me - Spain.

Bueno respecto a lo mio con DuarTe en Bolivia:

Yo quiero hacer incapie en el echo de que Bolivia sea el segundo plato y españa el primero, es simplemente porque en España se necesita mucho mas trabajo que en aquel país de 17 miembros, yo pienso que el echo de estar presentados a otras elecciones no tiene porque influir en nuestra faena con la absoluta del país, como prueba, yo también estoy metido en un proyecto como es La otra cara de BB y no por ello me quitará trabajo...

Tambien decir que se presentan miembros del cuerpo tecnico logicamente no un seleccionador ya que no puede... por lo tanto quiere decir que la faena no es encargarse de TODA la selección si no de parte de ella a pesar de que luego nos informemos sobre como va a través de nuestro Staff...

Solo quería dar mi opinión y dar mi punto de vista al asunto espero pode recibir muchas mas questiones para ser respondidas de inmediato por nuestro staff de cara a la elecciones...

maybe you ask why to vote me. i believe i could get few votes though. so why me?

1. who has biggest experiences with NT leading out from all candidates? I ran NT for 4 seasons.
2. who has maybe biggeest experiences with current game engine and so can adopt best to new tactics? There is no relevant arument, maybe B3 title?
3. who offers impartiality in terms of recruiting and players skills knowledge? i am foreigner.
4. who offers fun way to the whole community how to keep as much spanish players in shape and in training? i want to run supporter contest with 1year supporter and two 3months supporters for the best.

i see i have some negatives:
1. dont speak spanish by myself
2. i am not well known here
3. i am not spanish

it is up to you what is more important for your squad.

I have couple questions for my collegues:
A. how many players would you recruit before the first game
B. what game in first group stage is the most important?
C. what are your thoughts about mutual TIEs?
D. do you know who your opponents will be in group? (oh BBs are so fast this season and already matched the groups)
