Since most of the teams are using focused SF's either inside either outside i think that you have to make some compromises. The most important skill that an SF should have is OD/ID, and something doable is 15-16/11-12, range.

Since i run outside tactics, JS 16+, JR 11-12 (someone said 14, and for me is absurd even for a SG, considering the salary),IS 9-10, Rebs 8-9, (again salary is a big factor here, and the big men with very high rebounding are very cheap those days) PA 10-12. That gives you around 100k salary, and you have a perfectly doable player (if he has good starting skills of course)

Thats around 105 skills, excluding SB/ST/FT/XP

If you want to create an inside SF, then reduce JS/JR to 14 10 range and the salary will be around 70k. Just a realistic point of view for the SF's...

Edit:And give of course those pop ups on IS. Sorry for my omission.

cost me some seasons of traning but this is my answer:

some will say js could be higher, some will say id could be higher, some will say passing could be higher, few will say blocking could be higherm most of u will say od should be higher, but potential/age stpped him at some point.
i'm glad and proud (and to be honest, this is the only reason of this post) to have this universal soldier:

Jump Shot: marvelous(15) Jump Range: prolific(11)
Outside Def.: tremendous(13) Handling: prolific(11)
Driving: prominent(10) Passing: strong(8)
Inside Shot: sensational(12) Inside Def.: sensational(12)
Rebounding: sensational/12) Shot Blocking: awful(3)
Stamina: respectable(7) Free Throw: sensational(12)

Experience: respectable(7)

franchise player, drafted by Roter Stern, will retire at Roter Stern, just my try of creating a perfect sf.

haha I agree that there aren't many players like that on the TL, but I have seen at least a half dozen on the TL that are just as good as that in the past few months :P So you can definitely get one, just takes patience and a lot of money :P
